Our subscription includes exterior car cleaning services only. Interior cleaning are not part of the service.
Services are provided within residential complexes (apartments/condos) where BayWash has an operational agreement with the building management.
Residents may subscribe to our service online, and cleanings will be carried out at their personal parking bay within the complex.
There are no designated drop-off zones. Our cleaners will go to the customer's parked vehicle.
BayWash reserves the right to refuse service in cases of safety issues, uncooperative residents, or unauthorized vehicles.
2. Subscription Packages
Subscriptions are available on our website:
Package A - 2 cleanings per week
Package B - 3 cleanings per week
We aim to fulfil each service on time as per your selected package.
All packages are subject to availability and operate on a fixed schedule.
3. Booking & Access
Vehicle doors do not need to be unlocked. We only clean the exterior.
Residents must ensure that:
Their car is correctly parked in the registered bay.
The parking bay is accessible and not blocked.
Accurate information (car plate, model, bay number, unit) is provided.
We allow a one-time reschedule for first-time sign-up errors (e.g. incorrect bay number or car plate details). Subsequent missed washes due to incorrect information will not be rescheduled or refunded. Customers may update their details at any time, and service will continue from the next scheduled wash.
If your vehicle is absent or the parking bay is blocked during your scheduled wash, you may notify us, and the wash will be rescheduled to the next available slot.
Residents are not permitted to request one-off or ad hoc washes outside of their subscribed package, except for the optional dry polish service, which is offered as a one-time add-on.
4. Payment & Subscription Renewal
All subscriptions must be paid in advance via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If the subscription renews and service has already begun, no refunds will be issued.
If the subscription renews but no services have been rendered, you may contact us and request a full refund.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your BayWash account dashboard.
You will receive a confirmation email upon cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for partially used packages or mid-cycle cancellations.
Last-minute cancellations do not qualify for refunds unless no services have been performed in that billing cycle.
6. Transparency
BayWash operates with full transparency regarding our processes, pricing, and policies.
If you have any questions, our support team is always available to help.
7. Liability
BayWash is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose accessories, or items left around the car.
All services are done without entering the vehicle, minimizing risk.
Our team members are required to wear body cameras during all cleaning operations.
In the event of a damage claim, BayWash will:
Review body camera footage and residential CCTV (if available).
If it's found that damage was caused by our staff, a fair resolution will be offered after discussion.
Claims related to water spots, residue, or chemical sensitivity will be reviewed, but we ensure all products used are safe for automotive use.
BayWash is not responsible for missing items, as we do not access vehicle interiors.
8. Privacy
All customer data is handled in accordance with Malaysian privacy laws.
We do not sell or share your personal or vehicle data with third parties.
9. Disputes & Communication
Residents are expected to communicate any issues or changes (e.g., parking lot relocation) in advance.
Failure to notify us may result in missed service without compensation.
Residents must maintain a valid contact number for service updates or cancellation notices.
For any disputes, please contact BayWash directly. We will investigate the issue and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Modifications to Terms
BayWash reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
